CapAllianz Holdings Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The firm's Oil and gas segment consists of exploration, development and production activities and drilling activities. Its Investment and trading segment includes investments, including in private equity deals, pre-initial public offerings (mature stage), initial public offerings, fixed income and hybrid instruments; and trading, including the trading of equities, commodities and other financial instruments. Its consumer portfolio consists of approximately 40% stake in Preferred Mart Pte. Ltd. (Preferred Mart), which holds about 100% stake in a supermarket business in Singapore, as well as approximately 40% stake in a health and wellness business in Singapore.
