The company went IPO on 2005-01-03. The Company’s segments include Sugar, Co-generation and Distillery. The firm also manufactures hand sanitizer. The firm's sugar manufacturing units have a combined production capacity of approximately 21,500 tons of sugarcane per day. The company possessed an installed capacity to manufacture over 130 kiloliters of industrial alcohol per day and also co-generated over 91 megawatts (MW) of renewable power. Its distillery capacity is approximately 162.5 kiloliters per day (KLPD). The firm has its presence in diversified fields, such as sugar manufacturing, power and ethanol/industrial alcohol production. The company has over three sugar manufacturing units: Dwarikesh Nagar and Dwarikesh Puram, which are located in Bijnor District of Uttar Pradesh (U.P), and a Dwarikesh Dham, which is located in Bareilly District (U.P).
