The company went IPO on 2010-01-28. The Company’s principal activities include the acquisition, exploration, and development of coal properties located in Canada. Its projects include the Huguenot and Flatbed properties. The Huguenot Coal Project covers a total area of approximately 7,592 hectares and consists of one contiguous block of 13 coal licenses and two coal license applications. The property is located approximately 140 road kilometers from the Quintette load-out. The Flatbed project is located between approximately eight and 10 kilometers from the existing Quintette and PRC loadouts. This property covers a total area of approximately 9,077 hectares, and three remaining coal license applications covering approximately 2,400 hectares. The company is also pursuing the acquisition of Watson Island, located just outside of Prince Rupert, British Columbia, for the purpose of developing a seaport terminal and supporting an industrial park.
