Its segments include sale of real estate and leasing, property management, insurance brokerage, and holding company. The Company’s projects include The Alexandra, Tektite Towers, La Isla Condominium, The Alexis, Casa Migue, One Balete Compound, The Icon Residences, The Icon Plaza, and El Retiro, Baguio City. The Alexis is a low-rise condominium within an upscale subdivision. Casa Miguel is a A4-storey walk-up residential condominium in San Juan, Metro Manila. The Icon Residences a 2-Tower condominium joint venture project with Xcell located in BGC, consists of minimum saleable areas (excluding parking) of 18,640 square meters.
