First Philippine Holdings Corp. engages in the power generation, real estate development, manufacturing, construction, and other services. The firm's segments include Power Generation, Real Estate Development, Manufacturing, and Construction and other services. The Power generation segment includes the power generation operations of the subsidiaries under First Gen Corporation, a subsidiary of FPH. The Real estate development segment consists of the residential and commercial real estate development and leasing business of Rockwell Land Corporation and First Philippine Realty Corporation, and the sale of industrial lots and ready-built factories under First Philippine Industrial Park Corporation. The Manufacturing segment includes the manufacturing activities of subsidiaries under First Philippine Electric Corporation. The Construction and other services segment includes construction, geothermal well drilling, oil transporting, securities transfer services, investment holdings and financing.
