The Company, through its subsidiaries, operates in four segments: Food ingredients segment, which is engaged in manufacturing a line of industrial fats and oils, specialty fats and oils, and culinary and other specialty food ingredients; Colorants and plastic additives segment, which manufactures a line of pigment blends, color and additive master batches, and engineered polymers for a range of applications; Oleochemicals, resins and powder coatings segment, which manufactures coconut methyl ester, other oleochemicals or chemicals derived from vegetable oils, resins, such as polystyrene, acrylic emulsions and polyester, and a line of powder coatings; Aerosols segment, which manufactures aerosol cans and components, and provides contract aerosol filling and compounding services, and Management and administrative segment, which provides goods and services through a contractual shared services model.
