A of December 31, The Group comprised: Stalexport Autostrada Dolnoslaska SA, Biuro Centrum Sp. z o.o., Stalexport Autoroute S.a r.l and its subsidiaries, including Stalexport Autostrada Malopolska SA and Stalexport Transroute Autostrada SA, as well as affiliated company, Autostrada Mazowsze SA. Stalexport Autostrady SA's parent entity was Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A, which held a 60.63% stake in the capital of the Company.
