The company product portfolio includes about 40,000 items offered under such brand names as Koelner, Modeco, Rrawlplug, Globus and Rawlfixing. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated a number of subsidiaries based in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, Ukraine, South Africa, Germany and Slovakia, among others. The firm major shareholder is Amicus Poliniae Sp z o o.
