As of December 31, 2011, the it operated five subsidiaries, Rubicon Partners Corporate Finanse SA, Rubicon Partners Services Sp. z o.o, Rubicon Partners Doradztwo Podatkowe Sp. z o.o., ActivSanus SA and Quaestor SA.
