As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated 20 subsidiaries, including Inter Cars Ukraine LCC, Lauber Sp. z o.o., Q-Service Sp. z o.o., Inter Cars Ceska Republika, Feber Sp. z o.o. and Inter Cars Slovenska Republika, among others.
