The company went IPO on 2005-07-27. The company operates through two segments: Specialty Foods and Premium Food Distribution. The Specialty Foods segment consists of the Company's specialty food manufacturing businesses. The Premium Food Distribution segment consists of its differentiated distribution and wholesale businesses. This segment also includes certain seafood processing businesses.
