The company also acquired an additional mining lease of approximately 159.8 ha, adjacent to one of their Exploration Assets, Mao'kil mine. The company primarily sells iron ore concentrate and pipe coating materials to steel mills and trading companies mainly located in Malaysia and China. The firm's subsidiaries include Honest Sam Development Sdn. Bhd., and SAM Mineral Trade Sdn. Bhd., among others.
