The firm owns approximately 19 operational properties, comprising 16 hotels in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, United Kingdom, Germany and Italy; two resorts in the Maldives; and a retail mall in Singapore. The portfolio of hotels comprises a total of approximately 4,821 rooms and is operated by lessees and/or hotel managers, which include reputable and/or international hotel groups.
