The firm's activities are divided into two business segments: Food and Wine. The Food division focuses on the manufacture and distribution of fruit products, such as juices, jams and concentrates; dairy products, including creams, cheeses, yogurts, dairy drinks, as well as liquid, powdered and lactose-free milks; oil and butter; frozen food, such as vegetables, bases for cooking and ready-mage meals, and pasta. Its brand names portfolio comprises Chef, Belmont, Calo, Loncoleche, Astra, Crucina, Wasil, Regimel and Yogu Yogu, among others. The Wine division is responsible for the winemaking and storage process in the Santa Carolina winery and vineyards. The firm is controlled by Inversiones La Estrella SA.
