The company is headquartered in Bangkok, Bangkok Metropolis. The company went IPO on 2014-12-18. The Trust's objective is to seek funds from investors, investing mostly in property or property leasehold rights and generating benefit from such properties including to improve, alter, develop or dispose of other assets in which the Trust invests or possesses whatsoever lease, sub-lease or sale or other processes for the benefit of the property and create the revenue and return to the Trust and the unitholders. This includes the investment in other assets or other securities or seeking other interest by other means as stipulated in the securities laws or other relevant laws. The Trust operates in business which is the investment in property and the business is only operated in Thailand. WHA Real Estate Management Company Limited is the REIT Manager of the Company.
