Description
IMPACT Growth Real Estate Investment Trust operates as a real estate investment trust, which invests freehold assets of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani projects including IMPACT Arena, IMPACT Challenger, IMPACT Forum and IMPACT Exhibition Center. The company is headquartered in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi. The company went IPO on 2014-10-01. The Trust's objectives include Issue securities as trust unit of real estate investment trust (REIT) and offer for sale of trust units to the public; and Register trust unit in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The trust has invested the fund received from trust unit sold in its main asset, RMI Co., Ltd. (REIT manager) and IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. The trust invested in assets is the ownership of the land, building, and facility systems in which the trust can procure the commercial benefits by making an agreement of lease and/or lease area to area users and/or tenants. The management company initially invests in the freehold rights in IMPACT Arena, IMPACT Exhibition Center, IMPACT Forum and IMPACT Challenger. RMI Company Limited serves as the REIT manager.
