Dusit Thani Freehold & Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust operates as a real estate investment trust company. The company is headquartered in Bangkok, Bangkok Metropolis. The Trust focuses on investing in freehold or leasehold properties, especially in hotel properties, as well as investing in other assets that favor hotel-related business, such as meeting and convention rooms, restaurants, fitness centers, spa, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Dusit Thani Properties REIT Co., Ltd. acts as REIT Manager of the Trust.
