CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT is a closed-end investment fund, which engages in the activities of purchasing, leasing, sub-leasing, or accepting transfer of leasehold rights or sub-leasehold rights of properties. The company is headquartered in Bangkok, Bangkok Metropolis. The company went IPO on 2017-12-14. The Trust’s objectives are to raise funds and mainly use funds to invest in properties or leasehold properties and seek benefits from such properties. The Trust is engaged in investing in five shopping malls, which are CentralPlaza Rama 2, CentralPlaza Rama 3, CentralPlaza Pinklao, CentralPlaza Chiangmai Airport and CentalFestival Pattaya Beach with total gross floor area of 751,700 square meters, four office buildings which are Pinklao Tower A and B, The Ninth Towers and Unilever House totaling 176,826 square meters of gross floor area, and Hilton Pattaya totaling approximately 302 guest rooms. The Trust’s manager is CPN REIT Management Company Limited. Its trustee is SCB Asset Management Company Limited.
