Compagnie Lebon SA provides investment services to the industry and real estate markets. The company is headquartered in Paris, Ile-De-France. The capital investment business comprises three subsidiaries, including Paluel-Marmont Capital, specialized in direct investments and leverage buy-outs of small and medium-sized French enterprises; Paluel-Marmont Valorisation, engaged in the development of real estate assets, holding a number of properties in France, and Paluel-Marmont Finance, specialized in the investments in funds for establishing new businesses and acquiring large companies. The hotel management, operated via the Esprit de France division, focuses on the renovation and management of hotels located in Paris. The firm owns seven hotels, including Hotel Aiglon, Hotel Brighton, Hotel d'Orsay, Hotel Mansart and Parc et Severin, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was 60.59%-owned by Groupe Paluel-Marmont. In April 2014, it acquired SET Brides and SET Hotels.
