The firm uses three technologies: Siemens process, based on decomposition of silane and deposition of elemental silicon; Fluidized Bed Reactor (FBR) technology, aimed at production of polysilicon at lower cost; and REC Business System (RBS) to manufacture gas and liquid silicon molecules.
