Veris Residential, Inc. is a real estate investment trust, which owns and operates a real estate portfolio comprised predominantly of Class A office and flex properties located primarily in the Northeast. The company is headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey and currently employs 234 full-time employees. The firm owns, operates, acquires, and develops holistically inspired, Class A multifamily properties. The firm owns four market-defining office assets on the Jersey City waterfront. The firm includes residential and commercial portfolio. The firm provides leasing, property management, acquisition, development, construction and tenant-related services for its commercial and other real estate and multi-family real estate portfolio. The firm's multi-family services business also provides similar services for third parties. The firm operates approximately 22 multi-family properties, four waterfront assets, one suburban asset landbank and two hotels.
