Description

Carlisle Cos., Inc. engages in the manufacture and distribution of engineered products for both original equipment and aftermarket channels. The company is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona and currently employs 11,000 full-time employees. The firm operates through three segments: Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM), Carlisle Interconnect Technologies (CIT) and Carlisle Fluid Technologies (CFT). Its CCM segment produces a range of building envelope products for commercial, industrial and residential buildings, including single-ply roofing, rigid foam insulations, spray polyurethane foam technologies and others. Its CIT segment produces wire and cable, including optical fiber, for the commercial aerospace, military and defense electronics, medical device, industrial, and test and measurement markets. Its CFT segment produces engineered liquid, powder, sealants and adhesives finishing equipment and integrated system solutions for spraying, pumping, mixing, metering and curing of a variety of coatings used in the automotive manufacture, general industrial, protective coating, wood, specialty and automotive refinishing markets.
