The firm operates and manages a real estate portfolio of approximately 61 properties which includes 50 community and neighborhood shopping centers and seven mixed-use properties with approximately 9.8 million square feet of leasable area, and approximately four land and development properties. The Company’s properties are in the metropolitan Washington, DC/Baltimore metropolitan area.
