The company is headquartered in Bristol, Connecticut and currently employs 5,100 full-time employees. The firm operates through two segments: Industrial and Aerospace. The Industrial segment is engaged in the manufacturing of precision parts, products and systems for applications serving a customer base in end-markets, such as mobility, industrial equipment, automation, personal care, packaging, electronics, and medical devices. This segment includes the molding solutions, force and motion control, automation and engineered components business units. The Aerospace segment is engaged in the manufacturing of complex fabricated and precision-machined components and assemblies for turbine engines, nacelles and structures for both commercial and defense-related aircraft. The Company’s aftermarket business includes maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) services and the manufacture and delivery of aerospace aftermarket spare parts.
