Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. is a real estate investment trust, which originates, acquires, invests in, and manages performing commercial real estate mortgage loans, subordinate financings, and other commercial real estate-related debt investments. The company is headquartered in New York City, New York and currently employs 0 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2009-09-24. The firm primarily originates, acquires, invests in senior mortgages and mezzanine loans and other commercial real estate-related debt investments collateralized by properties throughout the United States and Europe. The firm is externally managed and advised by ACREFI Management, LLC.
