Return to Profitability: Mahindra Logistics turned profitable after 11 consecutive quarters of losses, marking a key inflection point driven by cost control, operational discipline, and improved execution.
Strong Revenue Growth: Q3 revenue rose 19% year-over-year to INR 1,898 crores, powered by volume growth in Auto, Farm, Express, Mobility, and Freight segments.
Margin Expansion: Consolidated gross margin improved by 76 basis points to 10%, and EBITDA grew 40% year-over-year to INR 102.8 crores.
Business Segment Highlights: 3PL, Freight Forwarding, Express, and Mobility segments all reported double-digit revenue growth; last mile delivery faced margin and revenue declines due to pricing pressure and strategic customer exits.
