Its gene therapy programs include treatment programs for Huntington's disease, monogenic amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), and various diseases linked to GBA1 mutations, including Parkinson's disease, Lewy body dementia and Gaucher's disease. The company also focuses on tauopathies and indications in neuro-oncology.
