Additionally, the Company is developing a gene therapy candidate, HMI-104, from its GTx-mAb platform for the treatment of patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), and conducting research in other diseases, including metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD).
