Its lead product candidates include lifileucel for metastatic melanoma and metastatic cervical cancer, as well as LN-145 for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In addition, the Company is investigating the combinations of TIL therapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) in metastatic melanoma, cervical cancer (NSCLC), and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). The company is investigating peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) therapy for patients with refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).
