Firdapse contains the phosphate salt of amifampridine. The firm's Firdapse is also developing clinical trials for the treatment of muscle-specific receptor tyrosine kinase-positive myasthenia gravis (MuSK-MG). Its wholly owned subsidiary is Catalyst Pharmaceuticals Ireland, Ltd.
