Its platform enables it to chemically stabilize and improve the activity of a range of alpha-helical peptides. ALRN-6924 can pause cell division in cells with wild type (WT), p53, including normal bone marrow cells, and ALRN-6924 has no activity against cancer cells with mutations in p53.
