As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a number of subsidiaries, including Airsol BV, Biotechsol Srl, CTS Srl, Energetika ZJ doo, GTH Gaze Industriale SA, Cryolab Srl, GTS Shpk and Hydroenergy Shpk, among others.
