UK Commercial Property REIT Ltd. operates as a closed-end investment fund. The firm's investment objective is to provide ordinary shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth from investing in a diversified portfolio of the United Kingdom commercial properties. The firm invests in approximately four commercial property sectors: office, retail, industrial and leisure. The firm is permitted to invest approximately 15% of its total assets in indirect property funds, including in other listed investment companies. The firm is permitted to invest cash, held by it for working capital purposes and awaiting investment in cash deposits, gilts and money market funds. The firm's assets consist of direct investments in the United Kingdom commercial property. Standard Life (Corporate Funds) Limited is the investment manager of the Company.
