The firm operates in four grocery categories, Flavourings & Seasonings; Quick Meals, Snacks & Soups; Ambient Desserts and Cooking Sauces & Accompaniments; as well as within sweet treats it operates in the Ambient Cakes category. In addition, the Company has a portfolio of other branded food products and a non-branded food business which manufactures products, such as cakes and desserts, on behalf of many of the United Kingdom’s food retailers. The firm operates through three segments: Grocery, Sweet Treats, and International. The Grocery segment primarily sells savoury ambient food products, and the Sweet Treats segment sells sweet ambient food products.
