The firm operates through three segments: Financial Services; Surveying and Valuation Services; and Estate Agency. The Financial Services segment arranges mortgages for a number of lenders and arranges pure protection and general insurance policies for a panel of insurance companies. The firm's Surveying and Valuation Services segment provides valuations and professional surveying services of residential properties to various lenders and individual customers. The Estate Agency segment provides services related to the sale and letting of residential properties. The company operates a network of high street branches. The Estate Agency segment also provides repossession and asset management services to a range of lenders.
