KCR Residential REIT Plc engages in the business of acquiring and managing residential property. The firm is engaged in the business of acquiring, developing and managing residential property predominantly for letting to third parties on long and short leases. The company owns a freehold residential property in Chelsea, London containing approximately ten studio flats through K&C (Coleherne) Limited. The company owns approximately eight freehold apartments and the freehold of several retirement properties let on long leases to residents and provides management services in respect of these properties and to third-party landlords through K&C (Osprey) Limited. The company owns about three freehold residential properties in Ladbroke Grove, London and a flat on Harrow Road, London through KCR (Kite) Limited. The firm owns a leasehold block of about 27 two-bedroom apartments at Chapel Riverside, Southampton through KCR (Southampton) Limited.
