The Company’s subsidiaries include Harum Bidang Sdn Bhd (HBSB), KKB Industries (Sabah) Sdn Bhd (KKBIS) and OceanMight Sdn Bhd (OMSB). HBSB is involved in steel-related manufacturing activities and owns a piece of land covering approximately 6400 square meters at Lot 1382 Sejingkat Industrial Park, Kuching. KKBIS owns a steel pipe manufacturing plant and a steel fabrication plant. OMSB is a PETRONAS-licensed fabrication yard for lightweight fixed structures.
