The company is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan. The company went IPO on 2017-02-06. The principal activity of the Trust is to invest in a portfolio of real estate properties in Malaysia. The Trust's objectives are to provide unitholders with regular and stable income distributions, sustainable long-term unit price and capital growth while maintaining an appropriate capital structure. The company invests, directly and indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing real estate used primarily for retail purposes, and for industrial or commercial purposes including, warehousing facilities, logistics facilities and manufacturing sites, as well as others. Its property portfolio consists of seven community-centric malls strategically located in suburban areas across Peninsula Malaysia. Its properties include KIPMall Tampoi, KIPMall Kota Tinggi, KIPMall Masai, KIPMall Senawang, KIPMall Melaka, KIPMall Bangi and AEON Mall Kinta City. Its investment manager is KIP REIT Management Sdn. Bhd.
