IGB Commercial REIT operates as real estate investment trust. The company is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur. The company went IPO on 2021-09-20. The firm is focused on investing, directly and indirectly, in a portfolio of income producing real estate used primarily for commercial purposes in Malaysia and overseas. The Company’s objective to provide unitholders with regular and stable distributions, sustainable long-term unit price and distributable income, and capital growth, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure. The Company’s portfolio includes mid valley city properties and KL city centre properties. Its mid valley city properties consist of Southpoint Offices & Retail, The Gardens North Tower, The Gardens South Tower, Centrepoint North, Centrepoint South, Menara IGB & IGB Annexe and Boulevard Offices & Retail. Its KL city centre properties consist of GTower, Menara Tan & Tan and Hampshire Place Office.
