The company has a total landbank of approximately 40,279 hectares across five estates. These are Jeroco Group of Estates (JGOE), Tomanggong Group of Estates (TMGOE), Sungai Segama Group of Estates (SSGOE), Ladang Kawa Estate, Pelipikan and Kota Marudu Estates. Its milling operations are undertaken by four mills with a combined milling capacity of 180 Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) tons per hour. Its mills include Jeroco Palm Oil Mill 1, Jeroco Palm Oil Mill 2, Tomanggong Palm Oil Mill and Bukit Mas Palm Oil Mill. Its subsidiaries include Jeroco Plantations Sdn. Bhd., Hap Seng Plantations (River Estates) Sdn. Bhd., Hap Seng Plantations (Ladang Kawa) Sdn. Bhd., Hap Seng Plantations (Wecan) Sdn. Bhd., Pelipikan Plantation Sdn. Bhd. and others.
