The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in distribution of Mazda vehicles in Malaysia and the Philippines; distribution of Kia vehicles in Malaysia, and distribution of automotive spare parts and provision of after-sales services in Malaysia. Its core businesses include the distribution and retailing of Mazda vehicles, and the provision of after sales services for Mazda vehicles. In the Philippines, the distribution of Mazda vehicles and spare parts is undertaken by its subsidiary, Berjaya Auto Philippines Inc (BAP), through appointed dealers. Its subsidiaries also include Bermaz Motor Sdn Bhd and Bermaz Motor Trading Sdn Bhd (collectively Bermaz), which are involved in the distribution and retailing of new and used Mazda vehicles and the provision of after-sales services for Mazda vehicles.
