The Company’s activities encompass the development of industrial parks, the sale and lease of industrial factory units, the rental and management of workers’ dormitories, as well as the design and construction of industrial buildings and manufacturing plants. The firm operates through three segments: property development, property investment and management services, and construction and engineering. Its property development segment is involved in designing, construction and selling/leasing industrial buildings in i-Park, namely i-Park@ Indahpura and i-Park@Senai Airport City. Its property investment and management services segment leases customized industrial buildings to its i-Park clients and provides rental and management of its i-Stay workers’ dormitories that are located adjacent to its industrial parks.
