The firm operates through three segments: property development, property investment and management services, and construction and engineering. Its property development segment is involved in designing, construction and selling/leasing industrial buildings in i-Park, namely i-Park@ Indahpura and i-Park@Senai Airport City. Its property investment and management services segment leases customized industrial buildings to its i-Park clients and provides rental and management of its i-Stay workers’ dormitories that are located adjacent to its industrial parks.
