The company owns a portfolio of about 23 assets across five provinces, which include Acornhoek Megacity, Alex Mall, Atteridge Stadium Centre, Blouberg Mall, Chris Hani Crossing, Diepkloof Square, Greater Edendale Mall, Emoyeni Mall, Jane Furse Plaza, Katale Square, Kwagga Mall, Lusiki Plaza, Maake Plaza, Mabopane Square, Mall of Thembisa, Mandeni Mall, Modimall, Modjadji Plaza, Olievenhout Plaza, Phola Mall, Theku Plaza, Thorntree Shopping Centre, and Tsakane Mall. The firm internally manages in excess of 450000 square meters of GLA across the country and is developing approximately 27000 square meters in Eastern Cape. Its subsidiaries include Alex Mall (Pty) Ltd, Bizana Walk (Pty) Ltd, and others.
