The company went IPO on 2013-10-14. The firm operates through five segments: Rest of South Africa, Waterfall City, Head office South Africa, Head Office Global, and Other. The Rest of SA and Waterfall City segments comprises of retail-experience hubs, collaboration hubs, logistics hubs and hotel segments that generates rental income from the underlying properties. Its Other segment comprises the results of its remaining investment in Rest of Africa retail investments. The firm's properties include Glenfair Boulevard, Lynnwood Bridge, Garden Route Mall, Eikestad Mall, MooiRivier Mall, Waterfall Corner, Waterfall City Corporate Campus, Lynnwood Bridge Offices, Brooklyn Bridge Office Park, Cell C Campus, Novartis, Maxwell Office Park, Waterfall City Logistics Hub, Dis-Chem Warehouse, BMW Group South Africa Regional Distribution Centre, Courtyard Hotel Waterfall City, City Lodge Hotel Waterfall City, and others.
