Akin Tekstil AS engages in the manufacture and sale of fabric, yarn and garments. The Company’s products are divided into four primary categories, namely Fabric, Confection, Technical Textiles and Shirting. The Fabric category comprises fabrics made of cotton, cotton/lycra, cotton/metal, polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose, cotton/nylon and other mixes. The Confection category conducts cutting operation for ladies’ and men’s trousers, which are being manufactured for the selected brand names of the Western Europe and the United States. The Technical Textiles category offers a range of fabrics to both domestic and international markets, and its product range includes flame retardant yarns, flame retardant clothing, marine fabrics, aircraft fabrics, contract fabrics and flame retardant finishing. The Shirting category comprises cotton shirting fabrics.
