Revenue Growth: VSTECS reported interim revenue of HKD 45.5 billion, up 13.6%, with strong growth across business segments and regions.
Profit Surge: Profit attributable to equity shareholders rose 34.7% to HKD 610 million, and EPS reached $0.4406.
Cloud & AI Boom: Cloud computing revenue jumped 67.9%, with explosive growth in AI-related business and partnerships with major cloud vendors.
Southeast Asia Strength: Southeast Asian business grew 22.5%, with particularly strong gains in Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Stable Dividend Policy: Dividend payout ratio will stay around 35%, with no plans to increase or decrease.
20% Growth Guidance: Management targets around 20% annual profit and revenue growth going forward.
