The firm invests in a portfolio of income-producing real estate primarily for retail purposes in Asia- Pacific, as well as real estate-related assets. The company has a portfolio of five assets in Singapore and Australia, which includes Paragon, The Clementi Mall, The Rail Mall, Figtree Grove Shopping Centre and Westfield Marion Shopping Centre. Paragon is a premier upscale retail mall and medical suite/office property located in Orchard Road, Singapore, with 717,905 square feet of net lettable area (NLA). Clementi Mall is a five-story retail podium totaling approximately 195,283 square feet of retail NLA. The Rail Mall is a retail property totaling approximately 49,767 square feet NLA. Figtree Grove is a sub-regional shopping center and has a total gross lettable area (GLA) of 236,558 square feet. The company is managed by PARAGON REIT Management Pte. Ltd.
