The Company’s project developments and construction works are carried out directly by the Company or through its partnerships and special purpose entities. Its subsidiaries include MDI Desenvolvimento Imobiliario Ltda, MRV Construcoes Ltda and Urbamais Propriedades e Participacoes SA, among others.
