The firm owns 49.9% interest in Tshipi e Ntle Manganese Mining Limited (Tshipi), which operates the Tshipi Borwa Manganese mine (Tshipi Borwa) in South Africa; and in Australia, the Central Yilgarn Iron Project (CYIP), which includes the Mount Ida Magnetite Project (Mount Ida) and Mount Mason Hematite Project (Mount Mason). The Tshipi Borwa mine is an open-pit manganese mine with an ore processing plant located in the Kalahari Manganese Fields, in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa. The Company’s Central Yilgarn Iron Project (CYIP) area is located approximately 130 kilometer by road northwest of the town of Menzies. The CYIP Consists of Mount Ida Magnetite project and the Mount Mason Hematite DSO project.
